Abstract According to the synergetic theory， modern cultural industry system and cultural market system can be regarded as an organic whole， and they are interrelated and interact with each other. Based on the internal relationship between the modern cultural industry system and the cultural market system， it is of great significance to explore the mechanism and path of their coordinated development for the realization of high-quality development of China’s cultural industry. In view of the coupling and collaborative relationship between the two systems， we should integrate the upgrading of the cultural industry structure with the cultural product market and combine the spatial layout of the cultural industry with the cultural element market， basing on the high-quality development of diversified enterprises and taking the coordination of the relationship between the government and the market as a starting point to effectively promote the coordinated development of the two systems.
