Abstract The “China’s Path” includes two aspects： the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the path of modernization with the Chinese style. It is the organic unity of China’s social development and the modernization， and the correct path for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The “China’s Path” was initiated by Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China after a hundred years of struggle. The construction of “China’s Path” is based on the first two periods of the Communist Party of China’s centennial struggle， and is initiated， formed and developed in the latter two periods； the “China’s Path” is rooted in the first historic leap of the sinicization of Marxism and expanded in the new historic leap of the sinicization of Marxism； the “China’s Path” is rooted in national independence and self-reliance， and extends to independence and opening to the outside world. The establishment of “China’s Path” has profound world historical significance and human ideological value， which is conducive to counterattack the “Western prejudice” about China and enhance the historical and theoretical confidence of the Chinese nation. It is conducive to breaking the “west-centrism” and enlightening the majority of developing countries to independently control their own destiny. It is conducive to refuting the “the end of history” and expanding the new development prospect and path of human society.
