基于板壳理论充填开采覆岩破坏分析方法的构建

摘要 充填开采覆岩的破坏过程不同于垮落法开采,为研究充填开采覆岩“两带”的发育过程,应用板壳理论构建了分析覆岩破坏过程的力学模型和“两带”高度的计算方法,得出当等效采高的变化突破某个临界值时,“两带”高度会出现跳变.以西马煤矿1327工作面为研究实例,采用构建的力学模型和计算方法,分析得到1327工作面充填开采后的断裂带高度为12.800 m,垮落带高度为0 m.现场实测得到1327工作面的断裂带高度为10.7 m,不存在垮落带.理论分析和现场实测得到的结果吻合,可见构建的力学模型和计算方法精度较高.

Abstract:The failure process of overburden in filling mining is different from that in caving mining. In order to study the development process of “two belts” of overburden in filling mining, the mechanical model and the calculation method of “two-belt” height is constructed by applying the shell theory. It is concluded that when the change of equivalent mining height broken a certain critical value, the height of the two belts will jump. Taking the working face of Xima coal mine 1327 as the research example, the mechanical model and calculation method are adopted to analyze the fault zone height of 1327 working face after filling mining, and the height of the collapse zone is 0m. The fault zone height of 1327 working face was 10.7 m in the field, and no collapse zone was found. The theoretical analysis is consistent with the results obtained in the field, and the mechanical model and calculation method is more accurate.
