Abstract:Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, homestay industry is an important hand in promoting rural economic development. Taking Yi County of Huangshan City as the research object, and adopting analysis softwares such as ArcGIS10.5 and SPSS26.0, and the spatial differentiation characteristics of homestay price and its influencing factors were investigated based on the Kriging interpolation method and the characteristic price model. The results are shown as follows. 1) Homestay prices as a whole present a capital-led homestay high-value area represented by Bishan; traditional village-type homestays centered on Tachuan, Nanping, Guanlu, Lucun and Pingshan scenic areas are secondary high-value clusters. 2) Different grades of homestays have different location selection preferences, with medium and low grade homestays mainly relying on the distribution of settlements and tourist attractions showing multi-group cluster distribution, while high grade homestays are more dispersed and have not formed a cluster area. 3) The spatial distribution of homestay price is closely related to tourism attractions, locational characteristics, place space, outdoor landscape, pristine ecological environment and capital agglomeration. 4) Room characteristics have the greatest impact on homestay price, followed by operational inputs, brand reputation and landscape features.
