Abstract：In this paper ，a variant of the Weyl's theorem called the Fa-Weyl's theorem is defined. By defining a new spectral set， the necessary and sufficient conditions for a bounded operator and its function satisfying Fa-Weyl's theorem are described. Then the Fa-Weyl's theorem of bounded linear operators and their functions under perturbation are studied.
