Abstract:In the present work, the fungus SHG-7 strains was isolated from Balanophora henryi Hesml. and classified as Aspergillus sp. based on morphological features and its sequence. Six compounds were generated from the its fermentation broth by thin layer chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC, which were elucidated as griseofulvin (1), ergosterol(2), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3, 6-dione(3), ergosta-7, 22-diene-3, 5, 6-triol(4), glycerol-1-hexadecanoate(5), and myristic acid(6) by means of MS and NMR. The results of biological activity assay showed that compound 1 had strong cytotoxic activities against MCF-7, A549 and Hela cell with IC50 18.36 ± 2.32 μM, 26.58 ± 1.62 μM and 74.29 ± 1.34 μM,respectively. Compound 2-6 had no significant activity to these tumor cells.
