Abstract:Atmospheric correction of turbid water has been a hot and difficult point in the research of remote sensing of water color. Based on GOCI (Geostationary Ocean Color Imager) data and with the Taihu Lake as the research area, an atmospheric correction and repair method within the optimal pixel range radius is proposed. The problem of not being able to obtain effective atmospheric correction results in turbid water bodies. Using the corrected atmospheric correction results, a normalized chlorophyll a index (NDCI) was established, and the unrepaired and repaired NDCIwere obtained by inversion. The results show that The NDCI has high consistency after the repair and the intersecting area, and the average relative error is less than 1.2%, which indicates the feasibility of this atmospheric correction repair method.
