Abstract:GNSS is an important means of geographic information collection. Traditional GNSS positioning methods adopt contact measurement. When GNSS observation conditions are poor or GNSS receivers are unable to be installed due to conditions, the existing solutions which combine GNSS with the total station or MEMS sensor have low operation efficiency and limited scope. The fundamental reason is that intersection measurement depends on angle observations. To this end, this paper proposes an algorithm of GNSS non-contact measurement based on intersection, which eliminates the dependence of angle observations, designing and implementing a set of measuring device combining RTK receiver and handheld laser range finder. Both simulation and field experiments show that the positioning accuracy is able toreach centimeter level, which is equivalent to the accuracy of RTK direct measurement. It is able to effectively solve the problem of measuring outdoor points which have poor GNSS signal.
