Abstract:The distribution of technological elements of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area is extremely uneven with large difference existing in the technological innovation ability, and the institutional mechanisms and policies of technological cooperation have not been effectively established. The gap among the allocation of innovative resources within the region is large with homogeneity. Due to the above reasons,the level of collaborative bout regional scientific and technological innovation is lower. On the basis of the analysis on the scientific and technological elements of urban agglomeration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the innovation ability and ranking of 11 cities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are analyzed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the problems of collaborative innovation in science and technology are pointed out. Furthermore, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the collaborative innovation of science and technology are put forward.
