Abstract：In the article， a kind of concave operator with non-cone mapping is defined， then we apply the monotone iterative method to establish the existence and uniqueness theorem of the fixed point of above operator. As an application， the existence and uniqueness of nontrivial solutions for a class of fractional differential equations with two-point boundary conditions is obtained， and then an iterative sequence of approximating unique solutions is constructed.
