Abstract：Based on the analysis of the problems and needs of dormitory management in colleges and universities， this paper puts forward the construction plan of smart dormitory in colleges and universities under the background of informatization 2.0. By integrating the data and business applications of dormitory-related business systems， a complete and comprehensive intelligent dormitory management platform is established， and a high degree of integration and interconnection between the related systems and dormitory-related business is adieved， which is able to manage all dormitory affairs in a unified way， and achieve a more centralized application of dormitory services.It is conducive to better serve students， improving management efficiency， reducing management costs and creating a good four intelligent services and three education environment.
