Abstract：The protein residue-residue interaction network plays an important role in structural characteristics analysis， protein function prediction， and drug design. However， the existing methods are very difficult to use. Biologists need to download and install the programs locally. Besides， the lacking of network visualization limited the application. In this paper， we provide a web server for protein network analysis and visualization (http：//renault.fun). Users can upload the protein structural information and submit the analysis job online. Then， the web server is able to transform the structural information into a network and calculate the network centrality values， such as closeness centrality and betweenness centrality. Moreover， this web server also provides the network and protein structural visualization for detail characteristics analysis. The protein network analysis web server is a user-friendly web server and helpful to the applications of protein structure-function understanding and drug design.
