Abstract:In the era of urban expansion, inefficiency and re-recognition, and optimized stock development, a huge problem that we’re facing is the identification and interpretation of urban inefficiency and stock land. This paper will use a three-stage DEA model to analyze the comprehensive open space efficiency of urban streets on urban inefficient land use. The results show that the overall comprehensive efficiency value of the second stage SFA regression decreases significantly. The environmental factors have an important impact on the overall efficiency of each street. Then, in comparion with the operation results of the first stage and the third stage about the pure technical and scale efficiency, the improvement strategies are proposed, including improving the accessibility and order of traffic, increasing the effective use of edge space, and playing a functional role according to the space properties and residents' needs.
