Abstract:The multi-symplectic structure for the KGS equations is proposed. The multi-symplectic structure of the fractional KGS equations is discretized by Fourier pseudo-pectral method and second-order mean vector field method. A new energy-preserving scheme for the equations is obtained. The new scheme is applied to numerically simulate interaction of different nucleon and meson solitons in the space fractional KGS equations with different α values and propagation velocity v, and investigate the energy preserving property of the new scheme.
