Abstract The development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era， and China's comprehensive national strength and international influence have significantly improved. At the same time， against the backdrop of peaceful development， the international situation is becoming increasingly complex and volatile， the security environment around China is full of uncertainties， the geopolitical space is being squeezed， world economic development is encountering obstacles， and the global governance dilemma needs to be improved. Based on this， in order to improve the well-being of the people， safeguard national interests， and promote world peace and development， the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary has put forward the thought of “great struggle”. Applied it in the field of diplomacy， we should carry forward the spirit of struggle， pay attention to the art of struggle， and strengthen the ability of struggle， so as to realize the “Chinese Dream” of the great rejurenation of the Chinese nation.
