| Creative Inheritance of Chu Opera Culture under the Background of Rural Revitalization |

Abstract Under the background of rural cultural revitalization， how to realize the creative inheritance of Chu opera culture， so that Chu Opera can be truly spread， performed and retained in Hubei province， has become a cultural topic worthy of in-depth discussion. Starting from the core concept of “co-production” in the new public governance theory， public cultural services should realize the transformation from single government provision to co-governance by multiple subjects， the reconstruction of the subject of supply and demand relationship and the diversification of public cultural products. Based on this， the contemporary path of the protection of intangible cultural heritage and creative inheritance of Chu Opera culture is as follows： from “sending opera to the countryside” to “planting opera in the countryside”； popularize the cultural knowledge of Chu Opera and cultivate the audience's interest； diversified and localized training of Chu opera inheritance talents； add modern elements to traditional Chu dramas； integrate Chu opera performance into rural folk festivals； promote the institutionalization and standardization of “co-production” of Chu opera with the construction of cultural rule of law.
