Abstract:Different from normal urban and rural communities which are concerned widely by people, forest communities have been ignored for a long time. With the arrival of forest Logging-forbidden policy and institutional reform, the "superior status" and "generous salary" of the state-owned forest farm community under the institutional construction has become more and more unrealistic, and fallen into the abyss of poverty day by day. Based on 2 years of continual tracking surveys, the evolution of the spatial form and community of BDF forest farm are investigated, and the community developmental evaluation index system driven by tourism development is constructed. The spatial pattern and its evolution of the forest community are analyzed deeply and the following conclusions are obtained. Firstly, economy and community development of forest communities mainly depends on tourism, especially owing to the precise poverty alleviation policy. However, due to long-term dependence on the migrant-working economy, migrant workers are still the main form of forest communities in the current employment. Opening agritainment (farm stay) is the main form of tourism involvement of forest community residents, especially for migrant workers who return and participate in tourism development to share the interests of tourism development. Secondly, from 1995 to 2015, the spatial form of BDF forest farm community has transformed from “scattered living” to “compacted living & Mixed living”, and corresponding to this process, the spatial organization also experiencing the changing from “Three Separated Towns” to “One Core and Three Zones”. The changes of traffic location are supposed to be the fundamental reason of this spatial evolution pattern. Finally, beyond the economy sustainable poverty alleviation, harmonious co-construction is realized between the community and families through cultivating some densely populated tourist town, and attracting more migrant workers to return home is the ultimate goal of the development of rural tourism, precise poverty alleviation practice and beautiful countryside construction.
