Abstract：The natural partial order relationship on the partial semigroups of transformation of order preserving and equivalence is studied. Firstly， the definition of the natural partial order relation on the partial transformation semigroups of order preserving and equivalence is given. When two elements in this semigroup are related to this natural partial order relation is investigated， and the left (right) compatible elements of this partial order relation is discussed. The results generalize the natural partial order relation on the transformation semigroups of order preserving and equivalence.
