Research on hotspots and trends of high-quality development of tourism in China：knowledge mapping analysis based on CiteSpace

Abstract：Based on the journal literature about high-quality tourism development research included in CNKI database， an information visualization analysis software named CiteSpace is used to systematically analyze the literature data， such as core author and cooperative organization map analysis， keyword co-occurrence and emergent knowledge map analysis， keyword clustering and visualization map display. The results are shown as follows. 1) The domestic tourism high-quality development research presents a state of centralized and scattered coexistence in terms of published journals， authors and institutions. The amount of published papers is mainly concentrated after the “high-quality development” proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017. The core authors and institutions present a relatively scattered state， and the subject fields show significant interdisciplinary. 2) In recent years， the research hotspots of domestic high-quality tourism development mainly focus on the high-quality development of rural tourism， the global tourism and sports tourism， the integrated development of culture and tourism， the high-quality development path of regional tourism， and the theoretical exploration of high-quality tourism development， involving multi regional and multi-disciplinary research. 3) High-quality development research of China's tourism is still in the primary stage of development， and there is still much research space in the aspects of system theory construction， post epidemic response， high-quality development evaluation， regional practice and comparative study.
