Abstract：Several classes of almost difference set pairs are given by means of 2-ordered cyclotomic classes and direct product. Then several classes of binary sequence pairs with three-level autocorrelation can be constructed by using the equivalence relation between almost difference set pairs and binary sequence pairs with three-level autocorrelation. The new mathmatical method for the direct construction of binary sequence pairs with three-level autocorrelation is provided.
