Abstract：Mei symmetries and conserved quantities of Nielsen equations on time scale are studied. Firstly， the Nielsen differential equations of motion with one degree of freedom on the time scale are established by the chain rule. Secondly， conserved quantities are derived from the definition and criterion of Mei symmetry of Nielsen equation. Finally， the application with examples is illustrated at the end of this paper.
