Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate and reuse rate of express parcel, the express packaging industry urgently needs to construct reverse logistics networks. And the express packaging industry consider to design the express reverse logistics packaging logistics network under the anarchic guidance and government-guided. Firstly, a reverse logistics networks including recycling center, processing center, remanufacturing center and express delivery point is established under the guidance of anarchy, aiming at the total cost minimization. And then the government incentive mechanism and the negative external constraint logistics are introduced to guide the layout of green logistics business network. Respectively, the linear programming model was constructed, and the sensitivity analysis was carried out by cplex software. The results of the analysis show that government implementation of the logistics constraints will significantly change the layout of the facilities. The implementation of the government incentive mechanism will reduce the processing costs and increase the amount of recycling. The combination of the above two cases is able to reduce the network cost and lay out less polluting facilities.
