Abstract：Based on the two-level supply chain composed of single manufacturer and single retailer， the feasibility of simultaneously obtaining economic and environmental effects under green transport is verified， and a theoretical reference for the selection of supply chain transportation mode is provided. When there is a conflict between the interests of retailers and manufacturers under green transport， the coordination relationship between the two sides of the game is studied based on the cost-sharing contract and fairness concern theory. A complete contract model is designed to make the profits of both sides of the game be Pareto-optimized. Finally， an example is used to test and analyze the above conclusions， and some improvement directions are proposed.
