Abstract：In view of the difficulty of effectively managing the internship process of graduates in colleges and universities， a full life cycle management system of internship process based on job recommendation is proposed and implemented. Firstly， by sorting out the full life cycle of internship for graduates， the modules of internship site selection， job recommendation and arrangement， process supervision， feedback statistics and comprehensive evaluation are designed， a closed-loop dynamic management system for job recommendation and internship process is constructed. Secondly， feature attributes are extracted by analyzing the matchability between student informations and job requirement informations， then based on the statistical classification idea and text similarity algorithm， and using the dynamic weight allocation method to calculate the matching degree， the automatic matching and recommendation of internship position is realized. Thirdly， based on the matching degree algorithm of feature attributes， SSM framework and HTML5 technology， a software system for job recommendation and life cycle management of internship process is developed. Finally， an experiment system is given to show that the proposed system runs stably and can accurately recommend suitable internship positions.
