Abstract：Taking forest tourism operators as the research object， this paper analyzes the willingness of carbon compensation behavior and its influencing factors under the voluntary mechanism. A carbon compensation behavioral willing model consisting of environmental anxiety， participation motivation， participation attitude， personal characteristics and behavioral willingness was established. The model was verified by partial least squares structural equation (PLS-SEM). The conclusion is： voluntary mechanism The environmental anxiety， participation motivation and participation attitude of forest tourism operators have significant influence on their carbon compensation behavior intentions， and the hypothesis is established； their personal characteristics have no significant influence on the carbon compensation behavior willingness， the hypothesis is not established； participation motivation and participation attitude are respectively environmental anxiety. The relationship with the willingness to act plays a significant intermediary role， assuming that it is established.
