Theoretical thinking and practical path of high-quality rural tourism development in the new era

Abstract：Rural tourism is an important starting point and focus of the rural revitalization strategy， which plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of the rural economy. Based on the analysis of the requirements of rural high-quality development and guided by the five development philosophy of “innovation， coordination， green， openness and sharing” in the new era， the ideological core of “ecological-based， intelligent transformation， cultural empowerment and industrial optimization” of high-quality rural tourism development is condensed. The key obstacles are identified such as green ecological conflict， insufficient product innovation， lagging service system and insufficient internal driving force. The practical path of high-quality rural tourism development is put forward， which takes green and ecological priority as the main tone of development， culture and brand IP as the main product， tourist experience as the core of consumption， and talent and operation management as the key guarantee. The research expands the theoretical construction of high-quality rural tourism development in the new era， and the practice path would provide decision-making reference for the development of rural tourism in China.
