| “Impressionism” in City Writing in the 11th Century of China：The City Verses of Liu Yong and City Spirit |

Abstract Impressionism painting emerged in the 19th century， having close relation with the city development caused by Western industrial revolution， emphasizing on showing secular spirit， arguing that the city essence is entertainment and convenience， and affirming the enjoyment of life brought by the city. In the Song Dynasty in the 11th century， Liu Yong who then frustrated in official carrier indulged in the life of the city，and heartedly wrote the beauty of the city of the Song Dynasty. The ideas revealed in his city verses coincide with that of the Impressionism Painting emerged 8 centuries later in the aspects as， writing the actualization and secularization of city affection， writing the documentary and contemporary of city development， writing the validity and rationality of the enjoyment of city life.
