Interaction Between Rural Administrative Governance and Villager''''Outflow
Through the description and analysis of the case village, the paper demonstrates that the floating population can't adapt themselves well to the new life order after being freed from the soil and rural custom. Indeed, they are alienated by the new life. As a result, they form a kind of abnormal behavior maxim in their thought and behavior. When they return, the maxim is brought back to their villages with great impact on the original ruling system, with the result that the existing village administration turns out to be ineffective, and consequently disorder occurs. At the end of the paper, the author gives a conclusion that only through the internalization of the interest desire resulting from seeking employment out of native towns and the systematization and standardization of the floating population can we realize the reorganization of the village administration order.

On Wen Yi-duo''''s Modern Academic Quality
This article explores what formed Wen Yi duo's academic quality. According to it, Wen Yi duo combined modern modes of thoughts, modern academic ideas and research methods with traditional Chinese learning, evolved his own academic thought through the perfect integration of the oriental culture with the western culture, science with poetry, traditional learning with modern social sciences. In practical research, he paid much attention to the synthetic application of various branches of learning and created great works that met both the needs of the time and the people. In addition, he also inherited traditional Chinese culture and thus occupied an important position and played an important role in the historical development of Chinese literary thoughts.

By combining the positivism method of the Qin Dynasty's down to earth learning with the research methods of western Anthroculturalism,Social Science, Folklore,Wen Yi duo formed his unique cultural interpretation criticism method in the first quarter of the 20th century. This paper probes into such aspects as follows: the basic principles of Wen Yi duo's cultural interpretation criticism method; his scholium interpretation way to study ancient books; the modes of thoughts and symbolic images of ancient people employed by him; the reappearance of ancient folklore and its great significance in studying Chinese literature with this method.

On the Cultural Thought of Du Ya-quan
Du Ya quan was one of the representative figures of the Oriental Culture School in the May Fourth Movement era. His ideas once produced a greater influence. He advanced the Kinetic static cultural theory concerning the comparision of the eastern and the western cultures. On the subject of the construction of the new culture, he preferred a compromise between the new and the old and the combination of Chinese inherent civilization with the western material civilization. This point of view is reasonable but conservative.The cultural debate between Du Ya quan and Chen Du xiu started the debate on the eastern and the western cultures,which has profound historic significance in the history of thought in modern China.

Chernyshevsky''s Aesthetic Theory of Comedy——His Inheritance and Development From Hegel
This paper compares Chernyshevsky's aesthetic theory of comedy with Hegel's. In the aspect of the essence of comedy, both Chernyshevsky and Hegel used dialectic method in analyzing the essence of comedy, and they both held that comedy should show negative content and that the content should have functions of social ethics and aesthetic education. But Chernyshevsky developed Hegel's theory. He pointed out clearly that ugliness was the essence of comedy. In the aspect of the forms of comedy, they took different attitudes toward satire but had the similar opinions on humor.
