Squeezing Present or Protecting Future: A Study on the Impact of Old-age Insurance System on Happiness of Low and Moderate-income Group
Yue Jinglun You Zefeng
In order to tackle the increasingly serious aging structure of population, China has gradually built up a basic old-age insurance system, which aims at protecting the basic life of the elderly after their retirement. Although the coverage has been greatly increased, current researches hold two opposite arguments on the security function of old-age insurance system. Based on the survey data of public welfare attitudes in Guangdong Province in 2017, this research uses Ordered Probit model to analyze the relationship between happiness of the low and moderate-income group and their perception of the payment and treatment of old-age insurance system. Our research finds that the perception of payment of old-age insurance system has significantly negative effect on happiness of low and moderate-income group, while there is no correlation between the treatment of old-age insurance system and happiness of low and moderate-income group. Moreover, compared with low and moderate-income group who doesn’t join the old-age insurance system, joining the old-age insurance system cannot increase happiness of low and moderate-income group. These findings reveal that low and moderate-income group pay more attention to the payment of old-age insurance system rather than the treatment of it,indicating joining the old-age insurance system will reduce the quality of life, job opportunity and salary of low and moderate-income group, but fail to play its role in ensuring their pension at the same time. Our research can provide a theoretical basis for the reform and improvement of China's old-age insurance system, as well as having practical significance on tackling aging crisis and realizing better life.

Does Optimal Social Pension Insurance Strategy Exisit for Rural Immigrants?
Guo Yuhong Shen Shuguang
The labor market allocation can be distorted by the existence of an optimal social pension insurance strategy. This paper constructs a complete strategy set of social pension insurance for rural immigrants, using a representative individual numerical simulation to comprehensively and comparatively analyze the optimal insurance strategy for rural immigrants. It finds that whether it is in the two overall strategy sets or subsets, there exists an optimal insurance strategy. Especially, there exists a significant revenue threshold point in strategy sets within the same program or between different regions. It implies that the current social pension insurance is not neutral. It is neither on the behalf of rural immigrants nor can contribute to labor force allocation efficiency. Before the national integration of the basic social pension and urbanization, it suggests that sectioned revenue compensation should be applied to rural immigrants who participate in different programs or work in different regions in order to eliminate the barriers for free flow of labor force. Also, the lower bound of premium base of basic urban employee social pension insurance should be repealed to protect low-income rural immigrants.

The Predicament in Southeast Asian Maritime Security Governance and Resolving:An Approach of “Overall National Security Concept”
Wei Hong
There are some difficulties in the governance of maritime security in Southeast Asia: The competition between non-state actors and state actors, the disconnection between domestic development level and governance capacity requirements, the intertwining and conflicts between traditional security governance and non-traditional security governance, and lacking of concept of mutual dependence of state security and regional security. All of these have led to poor governance in Southeast Asian sea. Guided by the “overall national security concept”, China should actively participate in the governance of maritime security in Southeast Asia from a holistic and systematic perspective, and provide China’s solution for resolving the hard problems in the governance of maritime security in Southeast Asia.

Governance of Territorial Waters: Reform of EU’s Common Fisheries Policy and the Effect
Liu Mingzhou
The Common Fisheries Policy is the main part of EU’s governance of territorial waters. However, the policy was founded on the wrong cognition from its beginning. Some thoughts in agricultural policy were applied to the Common Fisheries Policy without considering the feature of limited fishery resources. The practice of equal access and structure policy gradually highlighted the over-fishing problem. As a response, decision makers put forward the objective of fishery conservation when the Common Fisheries Policy was formally introduced. However, the practice of equal access and structure policy deviated the objective from the approach of the Common Fisheries Policy. Most critics believe the Common Fisheries Policy failed, but the institutional defection of the policy has been gradually resolved since the reform in 2002. The distinctiveness of the reform of the Common Fisheries Policy is that it is the original defection of the institution in the European integration that has to been adjusted henceforth. One professional issue fails to obtain the ideal results due to too much political compromise.

Information Verification Cost and Third-party Guarantee Contract of P2P Finance: A Study Based on Comparative Financial Organization
Wang Jianfeng
On the basis of economic historic analysis revealing the meaning of the credit contract, we ascribe the difference on the P2P contract choice to the information verification cost, which is under the framework of comparative financial organization with three order transaction cost. The paper has three main findings. Firstly, due to the imperfect credit system of China, in order to meet the participation constraints of investors, the platform not only produces more information, but also has to solve the issue of commitment credibility. Secondly, there are two kinds of P2P contracts based on investor self-verification and professional organization verification respectively. Professional organization has cost advantage in the case of higher information production. It not only has the theoretical meaning of the localization of innovation, but also may be the transition form toward the pure information intermediary model. Thirdly, both theoretical analysis and results of numerical simulation show, as Chinese-style P2P operates, the guarantee rate will decline or even disappear completely.

Does Educational Inequality Affect the Income Distribution Effect of Financial Development?——Empirical Research Based on Provincial Panel Data in China
Ma Hong
Based on the panel data of 25 provinces and cities in China from 1999 to 2015, this paper empirically tests the influence of educational inequality on the relationship between financial development and income distribution. The results show that the development of formal finance is conducive to narrowing the income gap, while the development of informal finance is not conducive to narrowing the income gap; the reduction of educational inequality can narrow the income gap; the higher the level of educational inequality, the more negative impact of the development of formal finance and informal finance on income distribution. Therefore, we should attach importance to the coordination and matching between educational equality and financial development, and establish the interest linkage mechanism between financial departments and educational training institutions to narrow the income gap among residents.

Contract and Ethics——Hobbes’s Ethics
Gong Qun
Hobbes is an important ethicist in the history of western ethical thought. Through the analysis of human nature, he puts forward that human passion, especially power desire, is the deepest motive that dominates human action, and power desire is the desire of human life for self-preservation and the most basic natural right of human beings. However, human beings, driven by the passion of power, are in a state of war because of human beings natural equality. People’s fear of death and people’s reason make people conclude a contract, agree to give up part of the rights to end the state of war and enter the political society. On the premise of contract, Hobbes put forward a series of natural law, namely, moral law. Secondly, because of the contract, people entered the political society and lived under the rule of the sovereign, Leviathan. Hobbes then argued that the ethical relationship between sovereigns and subjects was submission, and that submission was the greatest virtue. Therefore, Hobbes put forward two kinds of morality based on human selfishness: One is natural law morality based on equal rights, and the other is obedience morality based on the unequal relationship between sovereign and subjects.

Good Freedom and Bad Freedom
Han Dongpin
In view of the logical relationship between a proper definition of freedom and an adequate theory of freedom, that is, they are interoperable, and in order to solve various problems encountered in existing discourses concerning freedom, this paper defines freedom as follows: actor independently and voluntarily does or avoids doing someting, not interfered by anyone else. Thus freedom is a description of the property of human action; it is a notion about facts. And since free actions satisfy one best,so facts turn into values, and everyone wants to keep the right of freedom for ever. If the world were a one-man world, to hold the right of freedom would mean pure benefits. But in the real many-men world, to hold the right of freedom for everyone may result in interest conflicts, and this person’s gain may be that person’s loss. So we can distinguish good freedom from bad freedom. Bad freedom necessarily results in everyone’s unfreedom, and on the other hand, good freedom allows everyone running parallel. Therefore, only good freedom is true freedom, worthy our pursuing; bad freedom is fake freedom, and should be prohibited. For only good freedom is worth pursuing, free citizen would mean the citizen that has a right of good freedom, and free state would mean the state that recognizes the right of good freedom of all the national citizens. Free citizen is the end and free state is a mere means.

On the Consciousness of Zhu Guangqian’s Literary Rhetoric
Mao Xuanguo
Zhu Guangqian attached great importance to artistic conveyance and readers’ experience, so he paid close attention to literary rhetoric. His understanding of “rhetoric” ran through a center named “sincerity due to rhetoric”, which meant the integration of thought and language, personality and style. “Rhetoric” was not only the embodiment of language skills, but also the expression of human emotion and thought. Zhu Guangqian’s attention to “rhetoric” reflected his understanding of the nature of literature that was the art of speaking well and using language to influence human emotion and thought. Poetry rhetoric was the focus of Zhu Guangqian’s literary rhetoric, which included the attention to the rhythm of poetry, the syncretism of the sound and the meaning of poetry and the reader’s acceptance of the rhetorical skills of poetry.

On the Scenic Transmission of the His-yu Stories after the 100-Chapters Version’s Publishing:A Case Study of the Story of Bull King’s Family
Zhao Yulong Hu Sheng
The transmission channels of the His-yu stories after the 100-chapters version’s publishing could be divided into two kinds:paper transmission and stage transmission. The scenic texts of the stories do not obey the original novel strictly. On one hand, the scenic texts adopt the experiences in the novel which are applicable for the stage, on the other hand, they reform the stories combining with art rules of the scenic literature and aesthetic fashions of the Qing Dynasty. The story of Bull King’s family is a typical case.

The Selection and Convergence of Divine Theology and Confucianism in the Western Han Dynasty
Xiao Yan
Based on the theory of the interactions between heaven and mankind, Dong Zhongshu demonstrated that the supreme divinity who govern all express his will by giving “warning of disaster” and presenting “receiving symbol of destiny” from heaven, substantiated and corroborated the conventional ideology of mandate of heaven: On one hand, the omen expression of symbol of destiny from heaven has been made the ultimate hope and expectation of mankind, and which breaks through the theoretical boundaries of the conventional ideology of mandate of heaven which has been known as abstract、mysterious and insensible to mankind; On the other hand, the hope and expectation of mankind wishing to receive symbol of destiny from heaven have been transformed to the driving force of individual’s or group’s moral behavior, and which returned to the moral governance path in pre-Qin Confucianism. The symbol of destiny shows the sanctity of the monarch’s mission, urges the monarch to fulfill their social responsibility by practicing natural law and eliminating people’s suffering; The cultural proposals such as “developing schools and cultivating sages” proposed by Dong Zhongshu were adopted by Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and were promoted and popularized as national unified ideology. Dong Zhongshu implemented Confucian doctrines in religious form, inherited the practical essence of Confucian spirit, so he is still a Confucian.

Liang Shuming’s Theory on Humanity and Moral Concepts
Liu Lisha
Liang Shuming’s theory on humanity includes triple structure, namely instinct, the ability to reason and ration, and the selflessness spirit (such as practicing goodness, seeking truth and creating and enjoying beauty). His main contribution is to separate selflessness spirit from instinct but avoid attributing it to mysterious experience or religious belief. The selflessness spirit motivates people to cultivate their actions to be natural, brilliant, and even great, which leads to a meaningful life. Therefore, Liang makes new contribution to the Confucian ethics.

The Research on the Generation of Zeng King
Huang Shangming
It is necessary to research the generation of Zeng Kings according to the new archaeological data. The paper thinks the Zeng’s first king was Nangongkuo(南宫括)who didn’t go to his appointed post.Bokuo(伯括) and Nangongkuo is the same person.Nangong isn’t Nangongmao(南宫毛). The starting time of Zeng state is in the period of King Cheng of Zhou(周成王).The Zengboqi(曾伯陭) is “ Zengbo” and isn’t the king of Zeng. The Zenghouzi(曾侯子) isn’t the king of Zeng. Zenghouzi(曾侯子) means Zengzi(曾子) or Zenggongzi(曾公子).The dead in Leigudun’s second tomb isn’t the Zeng’s king but may be his wife. According to the new archaeological data, Zenghoujian(曾侯谏),Zenghoukang(曾侯犺),Zenghoubao(曾侯宝), Zenghoude(曾侯得), the dead in Wenfengta M4(文峰塔M4墓),Zenghoubing(曾侯丙) are supplemented to the old generation of Zeng kings. Now we know more Zeng’s kings, but we don’t know the other kings buried in the grave .

The County Courts’ Administrative Process and Pattern in the Eastern Han——A Study Centering on Changsha Wuyi Square Eastern Han Strips and Tablets
Wang Shuo
Centering on the Changsha Wuyi Square Eastern Han Strips and Tablets, this essay reveals the administrative process of the county courts in the Eastern Han in respects of the channels of obtaining information, the formulation and implementation of coping plans. It can be seen from this study that the administration of county courts in the middle and Late Eastern Han had developed into a mature and stable stage. It can also be seen that the county clerks and subordinates were important forces in assisting the senior executives to carry out the daily rule, their “co-operation and co-governance” was the normal pattern of the county administrative system in the Easter Han, which was a major method of regional governance by the Eastern Han Empire and affected the historical process since the end of the Han in a sustained way.

On the Influence of Aesthetics of Feeling on Chopin’ Music
Liu Jinqing
The Aesthetics of Feeling followed a clear developing clue from ancient Greek period to the 19th century. And from Hegel to the peak, Hegel’s idealist philosophy view had become the most important leading spirit, which means “spiritual content is where art lies”. Chopin almost completely accepted Hegel’s theory on the question about music’s emotional content and its subjectivity issue. His artistic style, which transferred from “mawkishness and pathos” to “intrinsic dramatic”, was influenced by the unique subjective emotional experience of Chopin.

The Logic of Viewing and Being Viewed: On the Written Paradigm and Problems on Chinese Contemporary Art History
Ren Jianjun Ma Haoran
The Chinese contemporary art has experienced 30 years of development. How to write its history has become a spotlight of concern in the current academic circle. Art critics have taken the lead in publishing the histories of contemporary Chinese art focused on different period of time, which may be of little historical significance for those professional art historians who serve in academies and respect honorable works, styles and schools, and Hegelian aesthetic principles and regard them as the principles of writing. From the perspective of textual criticism, this paper collates the works on Chinese contemporary art with the title of “history”, discusses the existed problems and possible written paradigm, to participate in the upsurge of the discussion of the writing of Chinese contemporary art history.

Learning Adaptability of Left-behind Children and Rationality of Decision Making in Family Education
Lei Wanpeng Xiang Rong
Family is the basic unit of children’s development and socialization. Exploring the influence of family on the learning adaptability of left-behind children is of great value to identify effective education decision. Based on survey of left-behind children in 15 districts and counties of Hubei Province and Guangdong Province, this study finds that the family interaction and homework supervision have a significant positive impact on left-behind children’s learning adaptability when controlling other factors. Compared to structural variables such as household economic income, the homework supervision has a much greater positive effect on the learning adaptability of left-behind children. Therefore, the human capital investment of left-behind children should take both short-term and long-term goals into account. In the meantime, rational family education decisions should reasonably weigh the relationship between income-generating and the supervision of children’s learning processes. Pursuing money but ignoring children’s learning supervision will have a negative impact on the learning adaptability of left-behind children, which will hinder the development of left-behind children.

Cassirer and the Phenomenological Approach to Psychology
Gao Shenchun Zhen Jie,
The German philosopher Ernst Cassirer established his prominent role in contemporary philosophical arena with his system of the Philosophy of Symbolic Forms. A thoroughgoing analysis of the system shows that in his thinking there lies potentially a systematic consideration concerning the ideal of psychology as a science, and it is this psychological consideration that both gives his thought its characteristic features and lays down the foundation for his system. Only if with the intellectual and terminological resources from phenomenology and the phenomenological psychology as represented by such figures as Franz Brentano, Edmund Husserl and William James as guiding referential framework can Cassirer's implicit ideal of psychology be thematized explicitly, thus disclosing the possible theoretical realization of the ideal. This explication of Cassirer further establishes the thesis that in this specific way Cassirer, independently and incidentally, provides a logically forceful historical verification of the truth and necessity of the phenomenological approach to psychology.
