Study on tourism experience quality of historical and cultural district based on the perspective of embodied：a case of Jianghan Road and Zhongshan Avenue

Abstract：Improving the quality of tourism experience is one of the effective ways to realize the integration of culture， tourism and business in historical and cultural district.However， the tourism experiencequality is not only a mapping of psychological satisfaction， but also physical satisfaction， and depending on the situation. Based on the embodied theory， an evaluation index system for the tourism experiencequality of historical and cultural district is constructed using 2017-2019 online reviews as the data source.And the content analysis method， entropy method， quadratic fitting model are introduced to quantify and analyze the tourism experience quality of“Jianghan Road and Zhongshan Avenue”. The main conclusions are as follows. 1) The tourism experience quality evaluation system of historical and cultural district consists of four dimensions： physical experience， district characteristic， district reception， and environmental atmosphere. 2) The comprehensive evaluation of district tourism experience quality is good， in which the overall evaluation of environmental atmosphere and district characteristic dimensions are good， while that of physical experience and district reception dimensions are not good. Specifically， tourists have a higher evaluation of building element， but a lower evaluation of body feeling， district feature， leisure and entertainment， and shopping experience elements.3) The tourism experience quality in “Jianghan Road and Zhongshan Avenue” of comprehensive score is within a good level. The monthly average value shows an upward trend and seasonal characteristics， slightly higher in spring and winter， and slightly lower in summer and autumn.
