Abstract：Constuction of transfer plasmids that help recombinant baculoviruses produce polyhedra facilitates the purification of recombinant baculoviruses. Insect larvae were per os infected in this experiment with the resultant of the cotransfection of viral DNA and Plasmid DNA, and the hemolymph of diseased larvae were collected. Plaque assay showed that about 90% prgeny viruses produced in the larvae were the expected recombinant baculovirus. Another turn of plaque purification gave 100% recombinant baculoviruses. It decreases the cost and the time by this way compared to the conventional plaque assay procedure.
