Abstract：An investigation on species and distributions of Mniaceae in Shennongjia National Nature Reserve, Hubei, is presented in this paper. There are 3 generus, 17 species and 2 varieties in this reserve, eleven of which are recently recorded species in Hubei and two of which are Chinese endemic. The floral characteristics and distribution rules are also discussed.
