Abstract：The article points out that the establishment of comprehensive methods to evaluate investment environment is an important issue. The author analyses the issue from the following aspects: the guiding idea of the establishment of these methods; the choice of the comprehensive evaluation index system; the definition and dynamic analysis of the proportion and the ratios of the indexes; the threshold value and the modified value; the qualitative analysis and so on.
