Abstract：This paper points out the smooth development of tourist spots require close cooperation of the rural community surrounding them.The functions of the rural community around tourist spots includes protection,supply,service,landscaping,etc. To fit in with these functions,the community's former structure of industry,landscape and population quality should be renovated on principles of dual beneficialness, participance and conformity.
