Abstract:In the white light and the dark, the saponins contents were almost the same level; but the flavoloids contents was higher in the former condition. In the cases of the 30 g/L Sucrose or the 40 g/L Glucose and the 0.1% Agarose, the secondary products contents reached the highest level respectively.
