Abstract：This paper introduced the process and the arrangement of the content and the deployment strategy of the ITS Architecture of USA. Through the analysis of the architecture definition and the implementation strategy which composed the core part of the National Architecture of USA, some characteristics about its idea of design, methodology of design and its relationship to the deployment was shown. Some advices to the process of our ITS Architecture promotion was given at last.
