Abstract：On the basis statistic datum, this article analyzed the structure condition of the tourism industry in Hubei province and by means of shift-share analysis and grey-relation analysis to analyze the structure competition advantage and the connection between the different section income and the gross income. On the above analysis this paper pointed out the structure problems in the tourism industry, and put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures.
