Abstract：Taking the arctic route economic circle as the object and the relevant countries' economic and trade cooperation network are generated on the basis of the bilateral trade in goods data. In this paper， asymmetric sensitivity to payment as a key variable is considered into the economic and trade cooperation game of the arctic route economic circle. Based on the asymmetric QRE model， the self-sensitivity to payment， the other countries' sensitivity to payment， the ratio of initial partners， the rewards of neighbor countries and the influence of the pressure of international criticism on cooperation are analyzed in depth. The results show that the asymmetric sensitivity to payment restricts the economic and trade cooperation. Then according to the results， some related strategies are provided to promote the cooperation of the arctic route economic circle.
