Abstract：The results statistical analysis showed that a good direct correlation exists between the leaf tip and root tip cells in the micronucleus frequency, which is induced by Cr~(+3) and Cr~(+6) ionic.We therefore proposed to develop a micronucleus test in Vicia faba leaf tip cells to study air, soil polluted detection. This research will be able to perfect its application on biological test material in Vicia faba,and can develop technique of biological detection.
