Abstract：This paper adopt different principle-Early voltage and Shockley diod equation to calcuate the resistor of the "Widlar" micro-current Source integrated circuits. Semultanesusly, Analysis the discrepancy Between the them. As a result, we may provide theoretic scientific data to fabricate the resistors about I.C for the factory.
