Abstract：This paper deals with a new way for balancing chemical equatlons by using the ralationship between the ASCII code of characters and chemical symbols. The writer has created simpler mathematical models and designed a more available microcomputer program abiding by the law of conservation of mass so that a good balance can be done and standard equations can be printed out as well.
