Abstract：This paper reports the effect that releasing the preparasitic juveniles of R. wuchangensis controlled naturally bred Aedes algbopictus. The results showed that the mean infective ratios of mosquito larvae were 57.9%and 74.4%, while the namatode dosages were 2500/m~2 and 3000/m~2. The factors influencing the infective ratios of mosquito larvae are density of nematode water tmperature water quality, varied instar of mosquito larvae and so on.
