Abstract：Before selecting the teacher and the coach role, student of normal university physical prefession had some speeialities in cognition. The results showed that student' s evaluation to the teacher and the coach were the same in general rand selecting role was influenced by the sex. Trainning time. whole skill and special skill. Role confliction is a kind of universal phenomenon during normal university, in paper, using method of social psychology studied profession selecting present conditions of students.
