Abstract：In the paper the author has analysed the tourist resources of Yichang City, Hubei province, as well as its locational Conditions On this base, he points out that it will gain a good profit, provideal that the trans portation is improved, the tourist imapes are propagated and the priority exploitation of tourist resouces is exercised.
