Abstract：On the basis of reading and analyzing datas, observing and visiting the gymnastic fraining, inrestigating the Coach from all over the country using the questionaire, this is the first research for the tyge of gymnastic coach. According as style of train we con divide coach into four type as following: frecdom, arbitrament, democracy, Synthesis typy and the synthesis type is the most ideal gymnastic coach. This essay points out the gymnastic coach's character of every type and something must be pay attention to train coach.
