Abstract：With inductive coupling plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)it was determinated that ten trace elements in hair of esophagus caacer patient and healthy citizen living in high incidence room of esophagus cancer at northwest Hubei, and the relationship between trace elements of hair and esophagus cancer was also discussed. Our investigation shown that the concentration of Mn, Zn and Cu in patients' hair were obviously lower than that of healthy people, but concentration of Fe and Al higher than that of healthy people.
