Abstract：The present paper made a study of Asparagus officinalis L. callus,cultured under five different light wavebands. Mainly studied its reproduction and thecontent of soluble protein. Blue and red light had considerable effect on reproduction. Different light had different effect on soluble protein either. The relationshipbetween them were discussed.
