Abstract：Segments of leaf of Astragalus chinansis L., cultired in vitro on MS medium supplenmented wity different plant growth regulators,its callus induction,growth and bud differentiation can be different. Supplenmented with 2, 4-D 0. 5 mg/L + 6-BA0. 3 mg/L,the percentage of callus induction is the highest, while supplenmented with 2, 4-D0 mg/L + 6-BA0. 3 mg/L, bud differentiat most." callus parameter"is used in place of callus biomass for for first time.
