Abstract：The paper researches the resources development of the drainage basin from hydro-electric power to mineral, tourism, bilolgy and others, the large extent readjustment of agricultural structure; and the development and allocation of urban, prospecting for 2010. 1) Hydroelectric development in advance. 2) Large extent structural readjustment of agricultural products and industry. 3) Mineral resources exploitment and industrial development. 4) Policy and suggestion.
