Abstract：This paper reports a fluorometric method for catecholamines. After oxidation at pH5,the products of adrenaline and noradrenaline both show fluorescence,the fluorescences appear postive correlation in a certain range of adrenaline's or noradrenaline's concentration. The results are: 1. At pH3, only adrenaline showes fluorescence,noradrenaline doesn't; 2. At pH5 both adrenaline and noradrenaline show fluorescence,but the fluorescence of noradrdnaline is lower than that of adrenaline.
